A Christian is a Person, Just like others. The Difference is the presence of God

A Christian.

A person who lives according to the teachings of Jesus Christ. Not a perfect preacher man, not the boy that refuses to play with other boys because they are not Christians, not a girl that always reads the bible, but someone that actually reads the bible to understand and to point out how God's love is the Key to a peaceful and successful life. (Joshua 1:8)
Christians are simple ordinary people with usual challenges in life as every other people. We come under attack from evil forces through men in form of temptation to cheat, fight, gossip, fornicate, lie, party and drink to stupor, argue with pride and anger and worst of all, condemn those we see as "non Christians or lost ones".
This evil spirit cannot be overcome with the power of man but with the power of the comforter, the Holy Spirit who God has sent to be with us in times of trials (John 15:26) The spirit bears witness of Jesus through our ministry and testimony by which the world will be saved.

It is very important for us to know that a Christian isn't a perfect man, No! A man that seeks righteousness is a Christian. A man that submits to God's will and acknowledges His presence is a Christian. A man that believes not in his strength but in God's grace is a Christian.

One Very important point is, as a Christian, we should not be judgmental  We must see the mistakes and non repentance of others as a natural thing that will take its course in due time as long as we persevere and show love, patience and kindness to the person. It is a golden rule that we shouldn't judge (Matthew 7:1) So as much as we can, we should learn to bear with other for their shortcomings and most of all, to let them see the light of God, we must let it shine through us as God's vessels so that they too will submit as witnesses of God's good deeds in our lives, through the grace that we have received by the sacrifice of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

My hope for us today is that we mustn't be proud and loud Christians but humble and loving Children of God who do good deeds consciously to bring glory to God's kingdom.
Humility and Kindness Friends.

Thanks.

Love, From Mona and Chegbe. (@Chegbeameloko)
